1. Passport size photograph.
2. signature.(on 3"*2" size Paper). (If the signature submitted does not tally with the signature given on the previous registration certificate, registration may be refused.)
3. Upload Degree/Provisional Certificate from university attested by any Gazetted Officer.
4. Upload C.L.C or Attempt Certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer.
5. Pay Online of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred.) per degree. (A delay fine for registration of PG degree @ Rs. 200/- per year per degree).(With effect from 1st February,2022)
6. Upload Registration Certificate.
7. Upload Aadhaar Card.
8. Upload All Documents in One Pdf.
Note: After applying online you will have to come to the office with original documents for verification at the given time.
