3. Passing Certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer.
4. English verson of Degree certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer.
5. Upload Screening Test attested by any Gazetted Officer.
6. Eligibility Certificate of MCI attested by any Gazetted Officer.
7. Confirmation of Medical Degree by Indian embassy attested by Indian embassy.
8. 10+2 Marks sheet attested by any Gazetted Officer (Decision of marksheet verification fee will be decided after seeing your mark sheet).(for Science Subject with 50% marks)
9. Upload all pages of Passport for verification of study period.
10. Pay Online of Rs. 10100/- (Ten Thousand One Hundred Only.).
11. Demand Draft of Rs. 2360/- (Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Only.) in favour of National Board of Examinations, Payable at New Delhi. For charges sending their documents for verification from NBE, New Delhi. (This D.D. submit at the time of verification in the council)
12. Any relaxation given during admission will need confirmation from MCI.
13. Upload Aadhaar Card.
14. Registration Certificate will be issued to the candidate personally with signature in receiving register.
15. Upload All Documents in One Pdf.
